About UsGene KelleyGene has been assisting with adoptions for more than 25 years and has placed 500 children for adoption through his firm's Adoption Legal Services. As a licensed practicing attorney, Gene is authorized under Arkansas laws to complete adoptions within the state, and is widely invited to speak at adoption programs throughout the Midwest. Through Adoption Legal Services, adoptive parents are guided through each step of the process, whereas agencies must outsource many of the services - such as legal - for which they are not qualified. Adoption Legal Services provides all of the same services as an agency, such as prenatal and postpartum counseling, living assistance as well as your choice of adoptive parents. Gene is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and a past President of the Benton County Bar Association. He served as an Associate Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court and was appointed to serve as Chief Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Gene graduated from the University of Arkansas and the University of Arkansas Law School. He served as Executive Secretary to former Governor Dale Bumpers. Gene resides near Rogers, Arkansas. He is the father of five children and practices law with two of them. Joye KelleyAs Gene's wife and office manager, Joye plays an integral role in the firm's success. She oversees file development, expense management and preparation of all legal documents. Joye holds a master's degree in education from the University of Arkansas. In the Kelley home or in the office, everyone knows Joye is the person that holds it all together. Feel free to contact her for file updates or other administrative assistance. |
